The inspector observed, while accompanied by the Director of Plant Operations during the hours of the inspection from 9:00 am to 11:30 am on 4/27/2016 that there were the following issues. Above ceiling, above door FSRD 261A, there are penetrations that require firestop sealant. Above ceiling in electrical room CRD 637 located at top of wall where deck intersects with steel members, a firestop system needs to be installed.
''Penetrations for cables, cable trays, conduits, pipes, tubes, combustion vents and exhaust vents, wires, and similar items to accommodate electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and communications systems that pass through a wall, floor, or floor/ceiling assembly constructed as a fire barrier shall be protected by a firestop system or device.'' - NFPA 101, 2003, 8.3.5.1.

''Cylinders in service and in storage shall be individually secured and located to prevent falling or being knocked over.'' - NFPA 99, 1999: 4-3.1.1.1.

The inspector observed, while accompanied by the Director of Plant Operations during the hours of the inspection from 9:00 am to 11:30 am on 4/27/2016 that there were the following issues. Near room FSRD 172B, above ceiling, was an electrical j-box that did not have the required cover plate.
Electrical installations. All new electrical material and equipment, including conductors, controls, and signaling devices, shall be installed in compliance with applicable sections of the National Fire Protection Association 70, National Electrical Code, 1999 edition (NFPA 70), and NFPA 99 and as necessary to provide a complete electrical system.
