Based on observation on Tuesday, May 4, 2010 from 10:00 AM onward:
The air line control valves (for all three sprinkler dry systems) were not electrically supervised (tamper switches)

Based on observation on Tuesday, May 4, 2010 from 10:00 AM onward:
1. The Generator Annunciator Panel for the Central Pant Generator in the main Security Office was disabled at time of survey, therefore no visual nor audible signal was received when Gen set was tested. The generator did crank and transfer load within 10 secs.
2. West Generator , when tested did not transfer load within 10 secs (actual was 14 secs)
3. The emergency electrical lighting fixtures were not working when tested ( in the electrical Gen Transfer Switch Room # H001-1A-1B)
