This tag not met as observed by this surveyor and the Director of Facilities. It was observed that stairwell A & B continue more than one-half story beyond the level of exit discharge. Stairs that continue more that one-half story beyond the level of exit discharge shall be interrupted at the level of exit discharge by partitions, doors, or other effective means to control the flow of discharge to an exit.

This tag not met as observed by this surveyor and the Director of Facilities. It was observed that the following areas are not properly sprinkler protected; Room 644, room 457, both walk-in refrigeration units in the kitchen and the rear loading dock area canopy.

This tag not met as observed by this surveyor and the Director of Facilities. It was observed that the following area sprinkler heads were missing the proper escutcheon plates; room 519, corridor area outside room 373 and room 384.

The following additional deficiencies were observed during this survey: 1) The fire extinguishers located in ORs 1-6 are improperly located. Relocate extinguishers as discussed. 2) Improper use of extension cords in the Print Shop. Multiple extension cords are not to be used or are they to be used in lieu of permanent wiring.
