On 9-17-2014 During the regular inspection it was found that an Exit sign had not been placed at the exit door by the Birthing area corridor.

On 9-17-2014 it was noted during the inspection that the fire drills were not done as per Code.

Found, at the exit door's going into the exit stair enclosure the use of electronic pass key was left in the unlached position during the day time use. Not to Code NFPA Chapter and section 19.3.6.3.2 Door's need to be Positive latching at all times.




Note there are 6 outbuilding that are part of the inspection only one location had a violation.

5.16.6.1 Smoke detectors that are part of an open area protection system covering the room, corridor, or enclosed space on each side of the smoke door and that are located and spaced as required by 5.7.3 shall be permitted to accomplish smoke door release service. Detectors need to be add.
