Based on observation, one of four doors in the walk in freezers and cooler contained a lock device that could not be released/opened from the interior.
Findings include:
During the Life Safety Code survey conducted on April 13, 2012, while touring the commercial kitchen at approximately 2:30 p.m., one of the larger walk in cooler/freezers had a hasp installed on the exterior of the door for use with a padlock that did not have a means to release it from the interior if someone was inadvertently or intentionally locked inside.
