During the survey conducted 12/05/2016 to determine compliance with the requirements of 42 CFR Part 482, Subpart C with Federal regulations, the following deficiencies were cited.
A service window located in the wall next to corridor access door for the pharmacy is not code compliant:
The window will not prevent the passage of smoke, glass is not sealed in frame, at the bottom of the window is a pass threw hole (2 inch X 11 inch).
