Based on observation, the manufactures recommendation test was not conducted every five years in accordance with NFPA 101 and NFPA 25. Failure to maintain the five year maintenance could cause harm to the patients/clients if the sprinkler system failed to function properly due to improper maintenance.
Findings:
During the Life Safety Code Survey on March 15, 2010 at 9:00 AM it was observed while doing the required paper work that there was no documentation of a five year maintenance or the gauges ever been done, which is not in accordance with the manufactures recommendation.
