Based on observation during the morning of 03/28/2013, the following corridor doors were not in compliance:
(a) The corridor door door to the laboratory had a louver in it that allows the passage of air.
(b) The corridor door to the linen closet (across the corridor from the kitchen) did not latch when closed by the automatic closer because it struck the door frame.
