Observation of the fire extinguishers on 5/5/2011 between 2:00 p.m. and 3:15 p.m., there was no date or initials marked on the extinguisher tags as required for the month of March 2011 in the entire facility. Observations were acknowledged by the by Maintenance Staff A at the time of the observations.
