A post revisit survey, Life Safety Code was completed on January 12, 2015 at Ministry-St. Joseph's Hospital in Marshfield, Wisconsin. The facility was found to not be in substantial compliance with the requirements for Medicare/Medicaid at 42 CFR Subpart 482.41(b), Life Safety from Fire, and the 2000 edition of the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA-101)-Life Safety Code (LSC), Chapter 19 Existing Health Care.
