Facility failed to maintain doors in accordance with the 2000 edition of the Life Safety Code, NFPA 101. Findings included the following:
Surveyor observed between 10 and 11 am on 11/13/13, that two exit doors to cafeteria and one exit door to Emergency Department had deadbolt locks in addition to door latch. This is not in accordance with NFPA 101: 7.2.1.5.4 Doors shall be operable with not more than one releasing operation.
