Fire Alarm System - Installation

Based on observation and interview by surveyors 16732 and 37696 on 01/10/2018:
The fire alarm system was in trouble at the fire panel. The trouble is a ground fault somewhere in the system and has been in trouble since the panel was installed in July of 2017.
The pull station in zone 4 Ambulance entrance did not work when pulled.
The Lead Maintenance Engineer and facility electrician were present during this observation
