Findings:
The inspector observed, while accompanied by the Plant Operations Manager, during the hours of the inspection from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM on 02/09/17, that there were the following issues:
1) Based on a review of the fire drill records, it was conducted without regular consistency. For example, in the year 2015, fire drills were conducted only during the dayshift for second, third, and fourth quarters. For 2016, second quarter, there was only a dayshift fire drill.
