Based on observation the facility failed to provide clear EXIT SIGN location. Relocate exit sign in front of clean room as to not confuse existing door to room as an exit sign.
Directional Exit Signs, A sign complying with 7.10.3 with a directional indicator showing the direction of travel shall be placed in every location where the direction of travel to reach the nearest exit is not apparent. - NFPA 101, 2003 7.10.2.

Based on observation the facility failed to provide a complete protected fire assembly on 4th floor W smoke compartment wall .
"Penetrations for cables, cable trays, conduits, pipes, tubes, combustion vents and exhaust vents, wires, and similar items to accommodate electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and communications systems that pass through a wall, floor, or floor/ceiling assembly constructed as a fire barrier shall be protected by a firestop system or device." - NFPA 101, 2012, 8.3.5.1.

Based on observation the facility failed to provide proper securement for wires on 6th floor south, 4th floor west. This is a general comment, for all floors.

Based on observation the facility failed to provide cover for a j-box on second floor room 1S82N.
"Covers. All pull boxes, junction boxes, and conduit bodies shall be provided with covers compatible with the box or conduit body construction and suitable for the conditions of use. Where used, metal covers shall comply with the grounding requirements of 250.110." NFPA 70, 2011, 314.28 (C)
Based on observation the facility failed to provide proper label for FACP circuit on LS panel.
"The circuit breaker at the electrical panel board for the fire alarm shall have a red marking, shall be accessible only to authorized personnel, and shall be identified as "FIRE ALARM CIRCUIT CONTROL"" - NFPA 72, 2010: 10.5.5.2.2
