Based on observation on April 24, 2024 at approximately 10:30 AM the following deficiencies were noted:
The facility standard for fire alarm systems was non-compliant the specific items include:
The facility duct detector device number 01030041 did not deploy and acknowledge to the main fire alarm control panel during the smoke event on March 20th, 2024.
