Based on observation, it was determined that the facility failed to ensure that cubicle curtains were in accordance with the Standards for the Installation of Sprinkler Systems.
Findings include:
1. On 1/19/11 at 10:55 AM, in the presence of Staff #2, cubical curtain mesh in Exam Room #1 and #2, were of the type that is too small for a sprinklered environment.
