Based on observation and interview the hospital failed to ensure patients had the right to personal privacy by not having doors to all patients' rooms.
Findings:
On 01/28/2020 at 4:30 PM, all patients' rooms were observed. Further observations revealed there were no doors to the entrance way of all patients' room and their beds could be seen from the hallway.
In an interview on 01/28/2020, the director of program evaluation state, all doors were removed after the last survey. She also stated that if patients need privacy they can go into the bathroom.
