Facility failed to maintain Type I EES in accordance with the 1999 edition of NFPA 99, Health Care Facilities. Findings included the following:
Surveyor observed between 9:00 and 9:30 am on 12/12/13 that electrical system upgrades from previous survey were not completed including electrical panels B1, B2, and B3 and associated transfer gear to be labeled appropriately. On going design efforts were identified by plant engineer and shall be continued to bring Type I EES into compliance.
