Based on observation and interview the facility failed to post signs which specify the rights of individuals with EMCs and women in labor for individuals waiting for examination and treatment entering from the hospital's main entrance.
Findings include:
An observation on the afternoon of 2/18/20, in the facility's front lobby, revealed the required Emergency Medical Treatment posting was not in place.
During an interview on the afternoon of 2/18/20, Staff #1, Director of Quality, confirmed the finding.
