Based on observation and staff interview the facilty failed to ensure that the sprinkler ssytem was installed in accordance with NFPA-13.This could place all the residents of C hall at risk in the event of a problem in the resident bath rooms.


Finding are


During the tour of the facility with staff M on 12/08/10 at 10 am.it was determined that items #1 and #3 of the inspection done 02/03/10 were 100% corrected.item #2 was not corrected
The renovated bathrooms on wing C the sprinkler heads located in the patient bathrooms would not cover the entire room area due to the renovation of the shower area.


In interview with staff M on 12 /08/10 at 10:15am he stated that the relocation of the sprinkler heads were sheduled to be relocated .
