Based on tests and observations made during the survey for life safety from fire with the facility's Plant Manager (employee # 1), it was determined that the facility failed to ensure that emergency lighting (battery operated lamps) which provides light for a period of 90 minutes, enabling those inside to move about safely in waiting areas, hallways, an emergency lamp in different hospital areas that did not illuminate when tested, in accordance with 7.9.

1. From 6/27/2018 at 9:45 am to 6/29/2018 at 12:00 pm during the life safety code tour it was found:
On 06/27/2018 at front of room 372 one emergency light that did not illuminate when tested, in accordance with 7.9. 18.2.9.1, 19.2.9.1.
On 6/28/2018 at 10:30 am in the operating room scrubs storage it was found one emergency light that did not illuminate when tested.
On 6/28/2018 at 11:05 am in the Kitchen it was found one emergency light that did not illuminate when tested, in accordance with 7.9. 18.2.9.1.
