Based on observations during the site inspection and discusion with the maintenance supervisor on 02/25/2010, two sets of corridor doors at the dietary department (one providing access to the dining area, and one providing access to the kitchen) were being held in the open position. They lacked self-closing devices. Magnetci hold-open devices were being installed, but not yet activated.

This closet is a normally unoccupied room and lacked coverage by a smoke detector, as required by NFPA 72 (1999)1-5.6.
