Based on observation during the afternoon it was determined the fire sprinkler system did not comply with NFPA 13 because of the following:
(a) A closet in the Imaging Suite, that was enclosed during the recent renovations, was not protected by the fire sprinkler system as required.
(b) The fire sprinkler at the ceiling in the laundry room behind the dryers is obstructed by one of the dryer flues and cannot provide proper coverage for all areas in the room.
