A. Based on observation on 08/19/2009 there were NC special locking through out the building . These locks locks are not permitted in buildings not fully covered by a complete, automatic, supervised sprinkler system or a complete , automatic, supervised smoke or heat detection system
B. Based on observation the NC special locking was not installed per code (all floors) master switches were missing at the nuses stations,doors failed to release,etc.
This item is waivered until June 30, 2012.
