Based on observations during the facility walk through survey with the maintenance supervisor, on 03/25/2015, there were four sets of cross-corridor egress doors (two sets were 1 1/2 hr. "B" labeled fire doors and two sets were smoke barrier doors) lacked astragals along the meeting edges as required by NFPA 101(2002).
