Findings:
The inspector observed, while accompanied by the CEO, CNO and Director, during the hours of the inspection from 10:00 am to 4:15 pm on 05/17/2023, that there were the following issues:
1) Based on review of the records and staff interview, facility failed integrate "simulation of emergency fire conditions" in its fire drill. Additionally, per NFPA 101 (2012), "drills should consider the ability to move patients to an adjacent smoke compartment. Relocation can be practiced using simulated patients or empty wheelchairs."

The inspector observed, while accompanied by the CEO, CNO and Director, during the hours of the inspection from 10:00 am to 4:15 pm on 05/17/2023, that there were the following issues:
1) Observed in C-section, trauma and exam rooms, the low air return vents were obstructed by equipment placed in front of it.
