The inspector observed, while accompanied by the CEO, CNO, and the Quality Director, during the hours of the inspection from 02:30 PM to 06:30 PM on 08/08/2019that there were the following issues. They were the following issues:
A.) There was louver at several restrooms located in the egress corridors and please remove it. Pleased reference NFPA 101: 8.4.3. Opening Protectives.
8.4.3.1- Doors in smoke partitions shall comply with 8.4.3.2 through 8.4.3.5. 8.4.3.2- Doors shall comply with the provisions of 7.2.1. 8.4.3.3- Doors shall not include louvers. 26.3.5.1? All sleeping rooms shall be separated from escape route corridors by smoke partitions in accordance with Section 8.4.

A) Please provide stripping for 10'-0" no parking zone from the medical gas storage area.
B) Provide permanent signage provided for medical gas storage room door to comply with NFPA 99, 2002: 5.1.3.1.5. The door shall have the following label:
