During the facility walk through inspection with the hospital CEO and Plant Operation/Safety Officer, on 01/07/2015, it was determined that the power source for the fire alarm system could not be verified. Power shall be supplied from the Life Safety Branch of the Emergency Electrical System, as per NFPA 72. However the fire alarm control panel had no markings on the face of the panel indicating which electrical panel supplied power and a check of the various labeled life safety panel directories did not indicate a fire alarm power circuit.
