Findings:
A review of the facility's 5 year automatic sprinkler certification indicated it was issued on 5/28/2011. Five years and 3 months had passed since the last 5 year certification.
During an interview on August 30, 2016, at 7:30 p.m., the facilities director stated they have not yet gotten a current 5 year automatic sprinkler certification.
