Based on review of available documentation of contracted services and interview with staff, the hospital failed to evaluate all hospital services provided by contracts within the past year.
Findings were:
None of the services provided under contract had been evaluated for over a year. The staff person who had been responsible for reviewing these services had retired and no one had been appointed to complete this task. Interview with the administrator confirmed these findings on 10/12/11 in the conference room.
