Per observation on May 19, 2022, the facility failed to ensure that means of egress meet all statutory requirements. The findings include the following:
Per observation on May 19, 2022, accompanied by the Safety and Security Coordinator and the Compliance Officer, inspection revealed that a copier was placed in the Infusion corridor, which reduces the corridor to three feet in this location, well below the five-foot requirement.

Per observation on May 19, 2022, the facility failed to ensure that smoke barrier doors operate in accordance with regulatory requirements. The findings include the following:
1. Per observation on May 19, 2022, accompanied by the Safety and Security Coordinator and the Compliance Officer, inspection revealed that the Med Surge entrance's right smoke barrier door is not positively latching. The door is required to latch when released.
