Bringing transparency to federal inspections

Based on observations during facility tour and record review, it was determined that the facility was not constructed, arranged, and maintained to ensure patient and staff safety.
Findings were:
1. Cross refer to Life Safety Code deficiency K025 as it relates to failure to ensure separation between the fire sprinkler room and laundry room with a smoke barrier door.
2. Cross refer to Life Safety Code deficiency K029 as it relates to failure to ensure that doors were equipped with closing and latching devices and rooms were maintained to code for their current use.
3. Cross refer to Life Safety Code deficiency K051 as it relates to failure to install and maintain appropriate smoke detectors connected to the buildings fire alarm system.
4. Cross refer to Life Safety Code deficiency K056 as it relates to failure to inspect, service, and maintain the facility's water based sprinkler system.
5. Cross refer to Life Safety Code deficiency K147 as it relates to failure to maintain the facility's electrical system according to code and/or manufacturer.
