Based on the onsite life safety code complaint survey, conducted 2/24/2023 through 3/17/2023, the facility failed to comply with regulations set forth for Life Safety. The failures resulted in findings of immediate jeopardy, which was removed prior to survey exit, cited for K-0161 for buildings:
1) Central Hospital Main Tower (Bldg #1)
2) Central Hospital East Tower (Bld A2)
3) Central Hospital North Tower (Bld A3)
4) North Hospital Main Tower (Bld AH)
Other life safety deficiencies were cited for:
1) All floors and rated walls have open penetrations in multiple locations throughout the facility (All three facilities listed above).
2) Blow-out patches used on all rated smoke/fire barriers in multiple locations throughout the facility (All three facilities listed above).
