Based on record review and interview the facility failed to ensure that a policy was established to routinely inspect and test electrical outlets.

Findings included:

1. Review of the facility inspection documents did not show a test of the electrical outlets.

2. Email verification on 07/06/23 done with Staff R, Facility Services Director, confirmed that the facility did not have policies for testing of the electrical outlets or a policy for testing of the outlets.
