Based on staff interview and observation this facility fails to maintain separation of alcohol based hand rub dispensers from ignition sources. This deficient practice could result in ignition of alcohol by a spark from the ignition source affecting (1) one of (3) three smoke zone. The facility has a capacity (21) with a census of (1) one.
FINDINGS INCLUDE:
On 4/26/2010 between 09:30 a.m. and 01:30 p.m. the following was observed
1) ABHR dispenser was mounted above an electrical light switch in the main administration office.
2) ABHR dispenser was mounted above an electrical light switch in the main center supply storage.
Staff A was present and confirmed the dispensers were mounted over ingition sources.
