Based on interview and record review, the facility's emergency department failed to post the Emergency Medical Treatment signage in the main facility entrance.
Findings include:
During a tour of the facility's main entrance, the Emergency Treatment posting was not visible to patients seeking medical treatments.
During an interview on the morning of 11/17/20, the Quality Director confirmed the finding.
