Based on observations, the facility failed to protect the hazardous areas.
The findings included:
Observation on 08/30/2024 at 9:04 AM, revealed a door closer with a manual hold open device was installed on the commercial laundry room door. NFPA 101, 19.3.2.1.3 (2012 Edition)
The EVS Director and Assistant COO was present when this finding was identified and the Assistant COO acknowledged this finding during the exit conference on 08/30/2024.
