The facility did not ensure that piped in medical gas systems are in compliance with NFPA 99, 5.1.14.2 Maintenance Programs.
On 05/29/18 at 1:00 PM, the surveyor was not provided with documentation by the Engineeering Director that indicated that the deficiencies noted on 02/14/18 report for the inspection and testing of the piped in medical gas system had been corrected i.e. master alarms, manifolds, missing zone valves as required by NFPA 99.

The facility did not ensure that electrical wiring and equipment is in accordance with NFPA 70, "National Electrical Code", as required by section # 9.1.2 of the referenced, "Life Safety Code"
On 05/29/18 at 1:30 PM, the surveyor was not provided with documentation by the Engineering Director that indicated that the deficiencies noted on the report for infared inspection and testing of the facilities electrical panels throughout the facility identified as being high priorty had been corrected.
