Based on observation and interview, the hospital does not ensure that corridor doors fully close.
Findings include:
During facility tour with Plant Operations Manager Staff #5 on 10/10/12 , the following was observed:
- The corridor door located outside of room #E310 did not fully close. - The double doors in the corridor at the PICU (pediatric intensive care unit) did not latch.
These findings were verified with Plant Operations Manager Staff #5 on 10/10/12.
