On 1/30/14 at 9:35 AM, in the presence of Staff #35, the Children's Hospital electrical room door would not close due to an uneven floor.

Findings include:
On 1/31/14 at 9:40 AM, in the presence of Staff #35, the northeast Emergency Department exit corridor was reduced to 2 feet wide by a wheelchair, trash can and chair.

On 1/31/14 at 3:45 PM, in the presence of Staff #35, the exit light at the Same Day Surgery corridor was not lit.

On 1/30/14 at 10:50 AM, in the presence of Staff #35, the Cardiac Rehabilitation Gym exit stair and landing were covered in snow.
