The following additional deficiencies were found: 1) Two wooden combustible contact precautions carts being placed in patient exit corridor. Carts are to be noncombustible. 2) Patient room #16 corridor door would not positive latch. 3) Facility is drying rags containing "BIOFREEZE" which is a flammable product. Dryers are labled indicating that they will not be used for drying these items.
