Based on observations made during the survey of the facility between the hours of 2:00 pm and 4:00 pm, while accompanied by the COO and Director of Plant Ops it was observed that the facility was not in compliance regarding MULTIPLE OCCUPANCIES and the required 2-hour fire-rated construction where OCCUPANCY SEPARATION occurs.
The following locations were found to be non-compliant:
1. The 2-hour fire rated wall separating the non-licensed WELLNESS CENTER from the licensed HOSPITAL was not completely in compliance.
2. The 2-hour fire rated wall separating the non-licensed (older) ADMIN AREA from the licensed HOSPITAL was not completely in compliance.
Seal/Patch/Repair to ensure the integrity of the 2 hour fire separation is restored.
