This item not met as observed by the Plant Foreman, Maintenance Supervisor and this surveyor. Patient room door number 3207, not latching properly. Also found was the hard side of the sliding exit door going from the emergency room to the outside was blocked by sand bags rendering the door inoperable.

This item not met as observed by the Plant Foreman, Maintenance Supervisor and this surveyor. It was observed that Room 22, Dietary Office, and CSR room on the 3rd floor are not properly sprinklered.

The following additional deficiencies were discovered during the survey: 1) Combustible Curtin hanging in the Cardiopulmonary Rehab office. 2) The basement walls of the Womens Health Center is partially covered with a Coltex foam insulation board. State Statute requires that when this product is used in this manner it will be covered by a 15 minute thermal barrier.
