Based on observation, record review, and interview with the Facilities Manager, the facility failed to maintain automatic fire sprinkler system (AFSS).
Findings included:
A review of the documentation of the recent five year obstruction inspection dated 04/01/2020 indicated the pressure gauges had been replaced during this inspection. During the facility tour with the Facilities Manager on 07/02/2020 between 11:15 a.m. and 11:50 a.m., it was found that the AFSS riser pressure gauges were out of date (dated 2015), and had not been replaced during the 4/1/2020 service. A review of the documentation of the recent five year obstruction inspection dated 04/01/2020 indicated the pressure gauges had been replaced during this inspection. An interview was conducted with the Facilities Manager concurrent with the observations and confirmed the findings
