Based on surveyor observation on 4/25/18 at approximately 9:45AM, the facility failed to maintain the fire alarm system in accordance with Section 9.6.1.3 and NFPA 72.
The manual fire alarm system annunciator panel indicated a trouble condition. The fire alarm system was fully functioning at the time of the survey.
