During Patient 10's medical screening exam, Patient 10's urinalysis (the physical, chemical, and microscopic examination of urine) on March 10, 2010 at 11:41 P.M. revealed "Blood: Moderate". Patient 10's record stated "LMP (last menstrual period) 1/24/10 irreg (irregular)." There was no documentation that the result of Patient's 10 urinalysis was related to the irregular menses or any other etiology to determine whether or not there was a potential for an emergency medical condition existing.
