The hot water temperature in clinical areas shall be between 105 and 120 degrees Fahrenheit

They need to be provided with racks, chains, or other fastenings to individually secure all cylinders, whether connected, unconnected, full, or empty, from falling.

They were: The critical care receptacles (red) did not have permanent labels indicating panel and circuit number. All critical care area receptacles shall be identified. The face plate for the receptacle(s) shall have a non-removable label or be engraved indicating the panel and circuit number. Here, non-removable means that it cannot be peeled off with a fingernail.

They were: The repertory room contained supplies, desks, computers and a supply oxygen tanks. Oxygen is highly combustible. These tanks must be stored in a storage location that is specifically designed to safely store medical gas tanks.
