Based on a review of the facility records and observations made during tour of the facility, it was determined that automatic sprinkler system was not installed in accordance with NFPA 13. This in the event of fire could delay or deny extinguishment of a fire.
Findings include:
On October 20, 2011 at 11:15 AM while on tour of the facility with facility staff in the kitchen janitors closet, no evidence of sprinkler coverage was found.

Review of the facility blueprints indicated a head in that room. Facility staff removed a ceiling tile and the sprinkler head was observed in the above ceiling space. New facilities shall be installed with sprinkler systems to provide complete coverage of the facility in accordance with NFPA 13 and NFPA 101 (2000) 18.3.5
