Based on observation the facility failed to maintain the fire protection of the existing building components from the orginial construction.
Findings include;
On 10/25/22 at 11 AM, it was revealed that on the 3rd floor in the Electrical room, there is missing fireprofing on exposed structural steel, and hangers, located in the ceiling above the door way.
This was confirmed by the Facility Manager.

Based on observation it was revealed that the facility failed to have the required Emergency Lighting.
Findings include;
On 10/25/22 at 9 AM, it was revealed that in the Electrical Transfer Switch room there was not a Battery Emergency Lighting Fixture for coverage of the transfer switch, as required in and NFPA 99 6.4.2.2.3.2 (4) a.
This fixture is required to be wired to a normal power circuit.
This was confirmed by the Facilities Manager.
