Based on observation and interview the facility failed to ensure posting of signs which specify the rights of individuals with emergency medical condition and women in labor.
While touring the facility emergency department on 1/21/2013 at 9:50 am observed no postings for rights of patient with emergency medical condition and women in labor.
Interview with facility administrator on 1/221/2013 at 10:00 am confirmed the findings.
